non-Euro country residents: use Paypal (for smaller amounts) or bank
transfer (for larger amounts).
Don't forget to mention the invoice number with your payment.

How do I use bank transfer?
A direct wire transfer may be done if you specify the IBAN/BIC codes (also known as SWIFT codes)
for the LilyPond Software Design bank account. Inside the EU, payment
via this method should cost the same as domestic payments.
